About
Hi, I’m JD — a lifelong gamer and software engineer who has been gaming for over 40 years.
I created this site as a place to share things I find useful, interesting, or worth keeping around. That might include gaming resources, tools, guides, software ideas, web projects, tech notes, or whatever else seems helpful along the way.
Gaming has been a big part of my life for decades, from the early days of classic consoles and PC games to modern MMOs, RPGs, strategy games, and online communities. Over the years, that interest naturally crossed over with my work in software engineering, web development, and building tools that solve practical problems.
The Goal of This Site
The goal of this site is simple: be useful without being annoying.
I want this to be a fast, efficient, and straightforward place to find information without unnecessary clutter, popups, autoplaying nonsense, or anything that gets in the way. Your time matters, and the site should respect that.
Privacy matters too. This site is built with the idea that you should be able to browse, read, and use what you need without being tracked, pushed around, or treated like a product.
No gimmicks. No noise. Just useful things, presented as cleanly and efficiently as possible.
More will be added here as the site grows.
