		<description>League isn&#039;t the (pardon pun) gold standard for measuring skill.  There are plenty of people that have made it to diamond just by cheesy tactics which end most of their games quickly.  This gives them a positive win/loss rate, even at higher levels.  I can think of 2 players I know of which proxy 2 gated to platinum then d.t. rushed to diamond.</description>
